ORDERING

Throughout the order & delivery process we will send you several updates. We do so about four times throughout the ordering and delivery process. You can expect the following messages:

  • Your order has been placed correctly. This is your order confirmation.
  • The order has been paid. This is the message you get when we receive your payment.
  • The package has been handed over to our carrier. You will receive a confirmation message from the carrier for this as well.
  • Lastly you’ll receive an email which includes the date and time slot of delivery. Our carriers send out these messages including a track & trace code. This code can be used to see where your package is at the moment. You can also use this code to change the delivery date and address if needed.

PAYMENT

There are several payment options. All the payment possibilities are completely free of charge.

You can pay via:

  • Banktransfer, we will send out the package the moment we receive the payment.
  • Ideal, a way of payment mostly used within the Netherlands.
  • Paypal, an easy to use and internationally focused payment-system.
  • CreditCard, depending on your CreditCard company your order might be insured as well.
  • Sofort Banking.
  • Bancontant.

DELIVERY

We strive to deliver your packages as quickly and efficiently as possible. What you may expect whilst ordering through our shop:

  • Same day send off – We will send out your package when you order and pay before 20.00 CET.
  • Products not available – Whenever we don’t have a product in stock you will be able to see so through a notification on the product page. 
  • Tracking your order – After we have handed over your package to our carrier an email will be send to you with a track and trace code. This way you will be able to track your package and if needed change the delivery date and address.
  • Who delivers your package – At the moment we make use of PostNL and DPD as our carriers. We have a great relationship with both carriers and trust them with your deliveries. Whenever something doesn’t go as planned with your delivery please let us know as quickly as possible.

PRODUCT CARE

ENFORMA socks are designed to ensure excellent quality and durability. This is why proper care of socks is very important so that their qualities remain the same as the first day. If you want your socks to stay in perfect condition, we recommend you to wash them inside out so that they do not lose colour and continue to look new. Wash at a maximum temperature of 30º and with a non-aggressive liquid detergent. Avoid at all costs the use of the tumble dryer and the ironing because the high temperatures affect the elasticity of the fabrics.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

It is really simple to return your products. As stated by the law you are allowed to return goods, without stating the reason within 14 days after delivery. Would you like to return your products? Please let us know through the contact form or via email and send the product back to us within 14 days after receiving it. Please make sure you add a note with your original order number and your contact information so that we can refund your order.

PAY ATTENTION

We can only reimburse products in their entirety when adhered to the following return-conditions. The product can be tried out as would be done in a normal brick and mortar shop. This means you can take the product out of its packaging unless it contains a seal. Sealed products of which the seal is broken can not be returned due to health and safety concerns.

If the product you return is damaged (due to trying it out or during the return of the product) we are allowed to charge costs for fixing the product to its original state. Please make sure to also return the original product packaging.

EXCHANGING THE PRODUCT

Of course you have the option to exchange the product. Above-mentioned conditions still apply. Within five days after receiving the return package we will send out the exchange product. Please do take into account that the costs for returning the product have to be paid by the consumer.

REFUND

Whenever you return a product we will refund all costs, including the shipping costs for the original delivering of your product, within 14 days after the return package has been received. Please do take into account that the costs for returning the package will not be refunded and have to be paid by the consumer.
